With more than 30 years of experience across recruitment, training and consultancy, James has helped recruitment business owners improve performance, build confidence in consultative recruitment models and unlock new revenue opportunities.
James works closely with recruitment leaders to help them move beyond transactional recruitment delivery and implement a structured, insight-led approach that aligns client outcomes with measurable business value.
He plays a central role in developing i-intro®’s methodology, training programmes and strategic guidance, helping recruitment agencies implement repeatable systems for winning and delivering Retained assignments.
Through his work with i-intro® clients, James supports agencies in building stronger client relationships, increasing average fees and creating more predictable revenue through Retained Recruitment methodology.
